Christmas is almost here and we are joining our customers for a special Christmas Wish from our family to yours. There’s been many new products coming on line in our store and we are pleased to announce you can order our new 2012 Special Edition Wines coming on board starting January 1st, 2013.
It’s called the LE2012 Limited Edition and it’s jammed packed with wonderful new additions to our current line of excellent international premium wines.

In January, 2013 we are releasing a great Argentine Malbec Bonarda a wonderful red, rich selection plus an Argentine Torrontes the white selection with citrus flavors.
In February 2013, we are featuring a Portuguese Aragones Cabernet Sauvignon from northern Portugal with blackberry currants and plums.
In March we are releasing a Washington Riesling Chenin Blanc with honey, apple and stone fruit aroma which goes very well with grilled chicken and seafoods.
April 2013, we are releasing a wonderful Italian Nebbiolo with Grape Skins from the Reggio Emilia region of italy which produces a fantastic aging red wine that goes well with meaty dishes.

The LE2012 Collection has arrived and we are excited at what the new 2013 Wines have to offer our customers and friends.
LE2010 is are limited to pre-orders only because the selections are on a limited supply basis.
The offerings are: January 2013 The Argentine Malbec Bonarda, and the Argentine Torrontes, both for January only. Start your orders now for the best selections next year.
The Argentine Malbec Bonarda
This wine comes from San Juan Argentina with a dark purple blend of dark fruit, black currants and plums in a dry wine. A wonderful accompaniment to A Lamb Sandwich. Pairs nicely with meaty dishes Lamb Sandwich Recipe here.
The Argentine Torrontes
An enticing wine from the Salta grape growing mountainous area of Argentina with just the right blend of citrus, peach and flowers for a vibrant structured wine and still considered a dry wine. A great wine with seafood, smoked meats and strong flavor cheeses. Try this Fig and Goat Cheese Recipe here.
In February 2013, the featured wine is Portuguese Aragones Cabernet Sauvignon, from the mountains of Northern Portugal. An aromatic, cherry, raspberry wine with the Cab Sauvignon deep intense grapes. Start planning now for a great addition to your Summer Barbecues!
In March 2013 You can pick up the Washington Riesling Chenin Blanc from the Yakima Valley Washington known for a balanced, rich thirst quenching delightful white wine. April, 2013: Italian Month!!! For April, the start of the spring season the selection is Italian Nebbiolo with Grape Skins!! This famous wine grape comes from the Reggio Emilia area of Italy. This superb wine offers a later season ripened grape with hints of cherry, mint and Truffles. Great with a meaty dish of Lamb, Stew or Veal. August 3, 2012 We have lots of exciting events going on and with the 2012 Olympics in London it is an action packed time for us at Niagara Brew. We have plenty of Gold Medal winning wines for your taste buds and a fine selection of silver and bronze medal winning wines to select. Wines for Easter- Hams and Lamb
For the Easter holidays most people prefer to enjoy a different and yet traditional dinner of either roasted ham or lamb.
Hams for Easter Dinner
When serving ham for Easter Dinner a sweet, glazed ham pairs well with a white Riesling or Guwurztraminer or a dry, white wine. With the sugar sweetness of a glazed ham a good choice is a Reisling.
Lamb Roast for Easter Dinner
Roasting a leg of lamb for Easter Dinner? A great pairing for Easter lamb is a red wine or a Zinfandel. Some wine lovers prefer a red burgundy, Shiraz or a Merlot for lamb which is a flavorful meat and these wines pair well with a tasty roast.
