ARGENTINE MALBEC WITH GRAPE SKINS
A medium-full boded, dry red wine with firm acidity, rich tannins. Plums, black cherry, blackberry with intriguing spice notes with layers of complexity. Serve with Mexican, Cajun, Indian or Thai or BBQ foods.
AUSTRALIAN GRENACHE-SHIRAZ-MOURVEDRE WITH GRAPE SKINS
Crimson colour with aromas of ripe berries with subtle spices on the nose. On the palate sweet plum, black fruit and a hint of tobacco. Enjoyable with hearty meat dishes, lamb or herb pork tenderloin.
AUSTRALIAN SHIRAZ
The seductive delicious grape varietal is rich and ripe with aroma through to the zesty finish. Amazing tannins, smooth flavours of plums, cherries and blackberries pairs well with flavourful meals.
AUSTRALIAN CABERNET SHIRAZ
A blend of intense Cabernet and Shiraz grapes compliment ripe fruits and chocolate flavour makes this a rich, complex and hearty red wine.
CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Dark deep colours and rich flavours combining firm tannins with ripe red and black currants enhanced by oak. A delight with rib eye grilled steak.
CALIFORNIA CABERNET SAUVIGNON
The noble California red grape, rich in tannins produces this deep full bodied wine with intense aroma and flavour. Enjoy this robust wine with red meat, or wild game, ages very well.
AUSTRALIAN CABERNET SAUVIGNON WITH GRAPE SKINS
Sweet, spice on the nose, this is a fruit forward wine with black currant, cherry and raspberry finishing with rich velvety tannins. Pairs with gruyere burgers, mushroom pizza and marinated rib eye steaks.
CHILEAN MALBEC
Rich ripeness, lush fruit character yields an intense black wine, full of colour, tannin and flavour. A Malbec grape makes powerful wine with blackberry, plums, red pepper and sweet cherry like a strong espresso
FRENCH CABERNET SAUVIGNON
A classic French red, with intense aroma, deep berry fruits, healthy tannins and a smooth lingering finish. Premium French oak, proper tannins makes this an elegant bodied wine that ages well.
ITALIAN AMARONE STYLE WITH GRAPE SKINS
Italy’s Amarone, intense sour cherries, dark chocolate, plums, dried fruits, almond and molasses. A spicy earthy finish, huge tannins. Great with pasta, veal, roasts, game or veal.
