ARGENTINE MALBEC WITH GRAPE SKINS
A medium-full boded, dry red wine with firm acidity, rich tannins. Plums, black cherry, blackberry with intriguing spice notes with layers of complexity. Serve with Mexican, Cajun, Indian or Thai or BBQ foods.
CALIFORNIA MERLOT
A plump lush grape with perfect balance of berries, spices and a smooth texture, mouth-filling and delicious with grilled meats.
CALIFORNIA ZINFANDEL-SHIRAZ
The fullness of raspberry, black cherry, fig and dark chocolate with light oak and dry sweetness in a jam session that finishes with a peppery spice.
CHILEAN CARMENERE
Deep crimson, dark cherry aroma, red fruits, smoky spice finish with notes of chocolate and tobacco. Medium body, moderate tannins Carmenere drinks will young and ages well. Superb with grilled beef, pizza or dark chocolate.
CHILEAN MERLOT
A soft Merlot with powerful cherry fruit character, this Merlot is perfect with meats, lamb and hearty stews.
LODI OLD VINES ZINFANDEL WITH GRAPE SKINS
Premium French bold oak meets spicy aromas and ripe raspberries that play on the tongue with excitement. Smoky notes. Pairs well with grilled BBQ meats. Grape skins give a richer taste, ready in 6 -8 weeks, well worth the wait.
ITALIAN SANGIOVESE
The lively Sangiovese fruit combined with good acidity is the food friendly red that pairs well with veal parmigiana, intense cheeses and fruits like cherries, figs, plums and raspberries.
NAPA VALLEY STAG'S LEAP DISTRICT MERLOT WITH GRAPE SKINS
The light warm oak accentuates a spicy aroma with soft fruity palate of plums and red berries. Rich round flavour provides an elegant lingering finish.
SPANISH TEMPRANILLO
Spain’s gorgeous ruby red coloured medium-body wine with berry, plum and herbal notes run to a lush finish of tobacco, leather and vanilla. Serve with roasted pork dishes, sheep milk cheeses and roasted vegetables.
